For those of my visitors (or other students of the occult), who have a yearning to experience the real side of the occult sciences then this work is a must have. I found that it was clearly written with excellent illustrations and (here is the punch) definitive exercises to begin the training of the energy body and initiate the movement to total consciousness.
The author has drawn from many different cultures and folkways to put together an excellent source for all you need to know to begin lucid dreaming. For those who do not know what lucid dreaming is, it is: Being conscious in a dream that it is indeed a dream and you have control. Each chapter has a lesson or meditation for the aspirant to practice to induce lucid dreaming. Mr. Godwin also ties the lucid experience into ancient as well as modern thought, including the new physics and quantum mechanics.
I found this work to be an excellent addition to my library and the direct teaching
of the methods to induce lucid dreaming is just what an acolyte needs to begin the
definitive journey into consciousness.
